In November, locked digital assets worth $2.68 billion will be released as vesting periods for blockchain projects expire, according to Tokenomist.
Of this total, over $900 million will be unlocked all at once, while about $1.7 billion will be released gradually.
Memecoin plans to unlock 3.45 billion coins valued at approximately $37.8 million for its airdrop, including a cliff unlock and a linear release of over 10 million MEME tokens daily, worth around $117,000.
The MEME token currently trades at $0.010, down 81% from its 2024 high of $0.053.
Layer-1 blockchain Aptos will unlock 11.31 million tokens worth $93 million, distributing funds to core contributors, the community, and investors.
The APT token is priced at $8.24, 54% below its 2024 high of $18.14.
Avalanche will release 1.67 million AVAX tokens valued at $39 million for its foundation, while Optimism will unlock 31.4 million tokens worth $44 million for investors.
Arbitrum will release 92.65 million tokens valued at $45 million for its investors and team, following its earlier release of 1.1 billion tokens worth $2.32 billion on March 16.
