Payeer has instructed clients in the EU and Russia to withdraw their funds by November 24, ahead of a full service suspension in these regions.
The decision follows the EU’s latest sanctions package announced on October 23, which included Payeer among the affected entities.
Withdrawals will remain available until November 24, though some users may need to complete additional AML/KYC verification.
From November 25, all transactions will be suspended and access to the platform restricted.
